Training-the-Trainer
Many of our clients desire the ability to deliver selected SCG programs using their own staff as trainers. Our Train-the-Trainer programs make this possible in-house, on an ongoing basis.

By attending the Train-the-Trainer program participants deepen their ability to communicate the course principles, concepts and techniques to others.

SCG's Train-the-Trainer process results in the trainers' ability to lead the courses with a sense of naturalness and ease, enabling them to go beyond merely delivering information to coaching and addressing participants' questions with deep and complete answers.

Selected staff members will learn to lead the courses by participating in a variety of activities including:

	Attending a series of in-house courses as participant, observer and co-leader
	Participating in an intensive SCG training that includes individual coaching, simulated course leading, video feedback and group discussions
	Independent study of course content from a workbook and trainer's manual

At the end of this course, trainers will be evaluated as to their readiness for certification in leading specific programs. At this time, those trainers certified can begin to lead in-house courses at the discretion of the client.
