Quality Group Facilitator's Training
This process helps our clients establish a Continuous Improvement
Program by training a group of individuals to be Quality Group
Facilitators.
Quality Groups are comprised of staff members who come
together to solve a specific problem and disband when their
function is successfully completed.
Facilitators are trained in the SCG team problem solving
method through a three-part process:
Interpersonal Skills for Effective Teamwork
- Reaching consensus decisions
- Supporting and building upon the ideas of others
- Constructively differing with others
A Structured Methodology for Problem Solving
- Determining a rational course of action
- Key tools for analyzing the situation
- Identifying obstacles and adverse consequences
Avoiding Pitfalls
- Effectively mediating disagreements
- Fostering management support
- Providing group motivation
At the end of this program, participants will be certified
as Quality Group Facilitators, thereby providing the client
with an ongoing method for improving their service focus
through the use of Quality Groups.
"Facilitators need to go beyond merely
delivering information to coaching and leading groups with
depth, naturalness and ease." |
