Train-the-Trainer

Many of our clients desire the abil­ity to bring Ster­ling Con­sult­ing Group's core cus­tomer ser­vice, time man­age­ment and com­mu­ni­ca­tion work­shops in house, on an ongo­ing basis.

By par­tic­i­pat­ing in SCG's Train-The-Trainer process in-​house train­ers will deepen their abil­ity to com­mu­ni­cate spe­cific SCG course prin­ci­ples, con­cepts and tech­niques to their co-​workers.

Through lec­ture, group dis­cus­sion, sim­u­la­tions, writ­ten exer­cises and video feed­back this pro­gram will pro­vide the par­tic­i­pants with an oppor­tu­nity to enhance their public speak­ing abil­i­ties and master deliv­ery of selected SCG courses.

• Devel­op­ing audi­ence analy­sis skills to address the unique con­cerns and needs of each group
• Prepar­ing a talk out­line includ­ing intro­duc­tion, main body and conclusion
• Mas­ter­ing body pos­ture, move­ment and voice con­trol for max­i­mum impact
• Con­nect­ing with the par­tic­i­pants as indi­vid­u­als as well as a group
• Deliv­er­ing the selected SCG course con­tent with an enthu­si­as­tic, ener­getic and engag­ing style.
• Under­stand­ing of the selected SCG course's key prin­ci­ples and concepts
• Respond­ing to audi­ence ques­tions with nat­u­ral­ness and ease
