Train-the-Trainer

Many of our clients desire the ability to bring Sterling Consulting Group’s core customer service, time management and communication workshops in house, on an ongoing basis.

By participating in SCG’s Train-The-Trainer process in-house trainers will deepen their ability to communicate specific SCG course principles, concepts and techniques to their co-workers.

Through lecture, group discussion, simulations, written exercises and video feedback this program will provide the participants with an opportunity to enhance their public speaking abilities and master delivery of selected SCG courses.

• Developing audience analysis skills to address the unique concerns and needs of each group
• Preparing a talk outline including introduction, main body and conclusion
• Mastering body posture, movement and voice control for maximum impact
• Connecting with the participants as individuals as well as a group
• Delivering the selected SCG course content with an enthusiastic, energetic and engaging style.
• Understanding of the selected SCG course’s key principles and concepts
• Responding to audience questions with naturalness and ease
